"ED" AT THE PARK
Cooking feasts from far-away places, at our permanent home in the heart of Salisbury! Our ‘indoor’ venture sees us serving up signature sandwiches from all four corners of the world, along with soups, stews, salads, and other street food snacks.
From Tuesday to Friday, our regular menu features everything from Vietnamese Banh Mi baguettes, to Chicken Shawarma wraps, New Orleans Po' Boy subs and Ed’s favourite Saturday night "go to”, the Philly Cheesesteak. Take a look at the menu to see the full range, not forgetting the Best of British too! Each day we will also have a street food ‘Special’, along with soup during the colder months and plenty more salads through the Summer. Pop in or check out our Facebook page for more details.
Our tasty sandwich fillings are served on Henderson’s artisan bread, collected fresh from their bakery on the market square each morning. In addition, we support as many other local suppliers as possible, including free range eggs from Fluffets, Yeo Valley milk, Wilton Wholefoods’ grains and nuts, and several other Charter Market traders.
On a Saturday, we celebrate the weekend with Brunch. But this is Ed’s brunch, and although Ed cooks a mean Full English, you’ll also find international specialities too… It’s eggs, bacon and sausage, but not as you know it!
Whichever day you choose to join us, you’ll always find vegetarians are well catered for, and our menu features gluten free and vegan options too. If you have any other allergies, please let us know and we will do our best to serve you.
Of course, no café is complete without coffee and cake. We offer a full range of hot and cold beverages, and the very best handmade cakes from our sister company, Boozy Bakes.
Finally, here at Ed Dibbles we are trying to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible. To that end, virtually all fixtures and fittings that you will see in our cosy café were purchased second hand. On a day-to-day basis, wherever possible all take away packaging is recyclable or compostable. Please also remember to bring your reusable coffee cup – to try to reduce waste, a small surcharge will be applied if you require a disposable one.
